Payments

There are currently 2 payment methods:

1 You can pay for your goods by using 'Direct Deposit'. This is where Customers don't actually pay during the checkout process, but simply create an order. You can then pay at your leisure using your own internet banking web site to pay your balance into the account below. The benefit of this method is that you can pay when it's convenient for you. You can also make payments in steps as and when you choose. You can make as many or as few payments as you wish. When the total payment has been received your order will be processed.

Reference number - your order number

The reference number for the payment will be the order number as shown on your receipt. This can also be viewed on your account page.

2 Alternatively you can use your PayPal account. After selecting PayPal during checkout you will be re-directed to PayPal's payment web page. On PayPal's web site you will be able to choose Guest checkout and also choose to pay using your Debit/Credit card. Your order will be processed immediately following payment confirmation.

Delivery time scales

Drop-boxes

Drop-boxes are made to order and I will confirm your expected delivery date upon receipt of payment. I will normally dispatch all orders within 3 weeks. This is to allow time for the paint to fully cure.

I will keep you up to date with the status of your order and dispatch your drop-box earlier if possible. You are fully entitled to cancel your order if you change your mind before work has started.

I do take all Customer orders seriously and will endeavour to provide the best possible Customer service at all times.

All other items

All other items apart from drop-boxes are normally in stock and will be dispatched either the same day if ordered before mid-day or the next working day in any event.

NB Dispatch will be confirmed via email and tracking information will be provided where appropriate.

Delivery charges

Drop-boxes & drop-box options

Drop-boxes and drop-box options are delivered by Parcelforce to all UK locations using the express48 delivery service. The standard delivery charge per drop-box or drop-box option is FREE.

Other items purchased at the same time as your drop-box or drop-box option will also be included in the delivery FREE.

Decals

Vinyl decals that are ordered separately from your drop-box will be charged at a standard rate of £0.79 inc VAT with free delivery for orders from £15.00 inc VAT.

NB Delivery charges can change from time to time but orders will be charged at the rate applicable upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery conditions

Receipt of goods

All drop-box deliveries will require a signature of receipt. You must be available to receive delivery of your goods and provide a signature to accept delivery. This responsibility can be delegated to another recipient on your behalf but this will complete the delivery.

Redelivery of goods

'Parcelforce will always attempt redelivery of a parcel twice, with the second attempt being the following working day (unless otherwise stated on the card left by the driver)'.

It is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or otherwise collect the goods from the relevant courier/postal service.

Failure to accept delivery may incur further delivery charges.

You are liable for the return delivery costs where permitted by the law. . You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying me that you are cancelling. Goods should be returned to Graham Browne, 31 Woodbridge Road, Leicester, LE4 7RH.

I will reimburse you without delay but at the latest within 14 calendar days after the day on which:

  • I receive the goods back; or
  • if earlier, the day you supply evidence to me of returning them.
